James L. Robinson Jr.:
Jim Robinson has been a resident of Tucson since
1948. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in
1971. Additionally, he attended Hastings Law School's 1973 Trial Advocacy
Course. He is admitted to practice in the courts of Arizona, the United
States Bankruptcy Court, the Federal District Court, the Bankruptcy
Appellate Panel, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United
States Supreme Court. He has been in private practice since 1973. He
is recognized as an "AV" rated lawyer in Martindale Hubble
which is the highest rating for skill and ethics that a lawyer can obtain.
Daniel
J. Rylander:
Dan Rylander, a native Minnesotan, has lived in Tucson
since 1990. He graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud,
Minnesota, in 1982. Obtaining his law degree from the University of
Arizona in 1993, he has worked in private practice in Tucson ever since.
Mr. Rylander's practice has primarily concentrated on consumer debtor
representation in the United States Bankruptcy Court, as well as defending
consumers against abuse by creditors.
